About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Music Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative and impactful music projects. As a Music Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of album releases, music videos, promotional campaigns, and live performances. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the artistic vision of our music brand and collaborate with talented artists and creative professionals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the creative development process for music projects, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project goals
Collaborate with artists, producers, and other team members to develop compelling visual and sonic concepts for album releases, music videos, and promotional materials
Provide creative direction and feedback to graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to ensure the highest quality of output
Oversee the production of music videos, coordinating with directors, cinematographers, and post-production teams to bring creative visions to life
Develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to maximize audience engagement and reach
Coordinate with marketing, A&R, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of creative elements across all platforms and channels
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to foster relationships and identify collaboration opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in music, fine arts, film production, or a related field
Proven experience as a creative director, art director, or similar role in the music or entertainment industry
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including album releases, music videos, and promotional campaigns
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate creative vision and provide constructive feedback
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for music and understanding of music culture and trends
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
